Raphaella Segal, Assistant Mayor Of Kedumim, a settlement in Samaria,
will be speaking Wednesday May 20, 2009, at 8:00 PM, at
Chabad Center of University City, cosponsored by San Diego District ZOA

A leading member and founder of Kedumim, she will brief audiences on
